Booking InformationChef Ad Hoc provides freelance chef cover for kitchens, events and hospitality businesses. All bookings are confirmed in writing and are subject to agreed availability, rate, location and minimum booking hours.Unless agreed otherwise, bookings are charged at the agreed hourly or daily rate with a minimum booking period. Weekend, evening and bank holiday bookings are not automatically charged at double pay or time-and-a-half unless this has been agreed in writing before the booking.Invoices are issued by Fork Spoon & Roll Ltd trading as Chef Ad Hoc and are payable within the agreed payment period.
